SHAPE ME is a Lagree studio, founded by a physiotherapist and a fitness coach, with the aim of combining expertise in movement, health and performance.
What is the Lagree method?
Lagree is a training method originating in Los Angeles, performed on a machine.
It is a high-intensity yet low-impact workout that combines strength training, cardio, endurance, balance and flexibility, whilst protecting the joints.
This practice sculpts and tones the body, strengthens muscles deep down, and improves posture, mobility and coordination. It helps burn maximum calories by keeping muscles under tension for extended periods and provides a powerful boost to the cardiovascular system.
Every session is a physical and mental challenge, ideal for those who want fast and lasting results.
In short, we’re big fans of LAGREE – it’s a proper 10/10 for anyone brave enough to give it a go!
Important information

1. Be in good general physical condition. Participants must be fit enough to take part in intense physical activity and have no medical contraindications.

2. Inform the coach of any health issues, such as pain, injuries, recent operations, pregnancy or medical conditions. This information enables the exercises to be adapted safely.

3. Wear suitable clothing. Close-fitting sportswear and non-slip socks are compulsory for health and safety reasons.

4. Follow the studio’s safety guidelines. Use the equipment correctly, listen to the coach’s instructions and follow the class procedures.

Requirements

Please arrive 10 minutes early for an introductory session (new clients). Lagree is practised on a specialised machine: a briefing is essential during your first session.
