To book an activity, simply select the activity of your choice, choose the date and number of participants, then follow the online payment steps. Your tickets will be sent to you by e-mail once the booking request has been confirmed by the supplier.

If you have booked a fixed date and time, you will find this information on your printable ticket in the “Date and time” section.

The exact address of your event can be found on page 2 of your printable ticket.

When you arrive, take your ticket to the ticket office. You don’t have to print it out. You can use your phone to present your ticket.

If you have booked an activity with a specific date and time, then your ticket is only valid on the selected dates.

If you have booked an admission ticket with open dates, the validity period is indicated on your printable ticket in the bottom right-hand corner. Validity periods vary from one provider to another. In general, a ticket is valid for the current year.

Your reservation request is complete, but you haven’t received your tickets by e-mail. This is normal, you need to wait for the service provider to validate your request (this may take a few minutes, a few hours or even a few days) and remember to check your spam folder!

As long as you haven’t received your ticket, your amount is on hold at the bank: hourglass in front of the amount. You will be debited once the service provider has accepted your reservation request.

Certain modifications (date, time or number of participants) may be possible depending on the conditions of the activity organizer. We invite you to contact our customer service department as soon as possible to check the possibilities of modification.

Cancellations are handled directly by your activity provider. In accordance with the site’s sales conditions, contact your activity provider directly to request cancellation of your booking.

You can find the contact details of your activity provider directly on your ticket, at the bottom of the page in the contact section.

  • – In the event of cancellation by the Provider: the Provider reserves the right to cancel the service if it deems this necessary. In this case, the Customer will be offered a rescheduled date. If rescheduling is not possible, the Customer will be reimbursed.
  • – In the event of cancellation by the customer: cancellation conditions may vary depending on the service. A rescheduled date will be proposed. No request for reimbursement will be accepted by the Provider 24 hours before the date of the service, except in exceptional cases approved by the Provider.

A refund may be granted in the event of cancellation in accordance with the conditions laid down (on presentation of medical proof), or if the activity is cancelled by the organizer. The exact conditions for refunds depend on each activity and are specified at the time of booking.

Once the cancellation has been confirmed, the refund is usually processed within a few working days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and bank delays.

Amusezvous.net accepts several secure payment methods, such as credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Google Pay. Available payment methods are displayed during the booking process.

Yes, all payments made on amusezvous.net are completely secure. The site uses encryption protocols that comply with current standards to guarantee the protection of your personal and banking data.

Our site is an e-commerce site accepting credit card payments only.
You can visit the Gassin tourist office, which accepts vacation vouchers, and some of our private sales outlets (contact us for a list on 04 94 55 22 00 or by e-mail booking@amusezvous.net). Please note that reservations are taken into account once payment has been made.

If you take the green boats and the “iles d’or” speedboats, dogs on a leash are allowed on board free of charge (check their website for more detailed information).
