Want to get moving, work up a sweat, and tone up… all in a dream setting?Join our circuit training session on Marines Beach in Cogolin: 45 minutes of fun, accessible, and 100% outdoor exercise to take care of your body and boost your energy, with your feet in the sand and your eyes on the sea!
Session Overview (45 min)
Dynamic Warm-up (5–10 min)
Gently prepare your body with cardio and joint mobility exercises. We’ll wake up your muscles and gradually increase the intensity, all in a fun atmosphere.
Circuit training (30 min)
Alternate between a variety of stations focusing on strength training, cardio, core, and coordination.
➤ Bodyweight exercises (squats, push-ups, lunges, burpees…)
➤ Interval training adaptable to all fitness levels
➤ Motivating atmosphere, steady pace but always supportiveCool-down & stretching (5–10 min)
